Small Skipper Butterfly -Male

After seeing so many large skippers we decided to see what the difference was between them and the small skipper.
Upon investigation it is very little difference, the size difference is very minor. The small has a much smaller 'scent scale' mark (the line on the wing, males only) and less yellow variations on the inside portions of the outer wings.
See Male Large Skipper here for comparison.
The difference between the Small Skipper and the Essex Skipper are even less. The Essex Skipper appear to have almost no/less orange color on the antennae.
