From a car boot sale, on the front and back is written Left to right, "Joe Stephenson ('The Boss), Arnold Hodgson, Lancelot Percy Proby and two cart men" Lancelot Percy Proby (middle) the sender of this card was born in Hull in 1888 according to the 1901 census, he would only have been 18 when this pic was taken but looks a lot older. He appears to have died in Hull in 1955.
