our awful pond

Not long after getting ducks, our beautiful clear lily pond turned into a mud pool, but this year it has turned into a nasty dark grey murky cesspool. Even the ducks are reluctant to get into it. We have finally decided we will fence it off and make them use clam shells. There's no point losing a beautiful pond if they don't even want it. Sigh.
