The view we had when we bought the farm 7 years ago had gradually disappeared behind the wattle growing along the easement. Their roots keep the erosion at bay so we didn't want to remove them. Instead we capped them. Wattle is so resilient it will regrow, and meanwhile we have made mountains of mulch.
