1997 - Manuela, Mascha and I had agreed that if Manuela got married then we would come to her wedding and we would wear cow patterned shorts and coconuts as bikini tops. Turned out I couldn't get there, but I made this instead. And why Surinam? This was a running joke between us in the years we worked at the Australian Consulate-General in Berlin.
