scoria in vegie patch

First there were bare paths... and the grass got out of control. Then we put down weed mat, covered by pine chips. Weeds grew abundantly in the chips. Removed the chips and left the bare weed mat. Slipped on the wet weed mat. #*&$*! Now we have a thin layer of scoria on the weed mat :)
