Pier A Harbour House - 1986

Pier A Harbor House is a municipal pier in the Hudson River at Battery Park in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Pier A is the last surviving historic pier in the city and has been built from 1884 to 1886 to serve as the headquarters of the New York City Board of Dock Commissioners.
