storm over Alcatraz - 1986

Outstanding! The sky is amazing with those fantastic cloud formations. I like the colour and textures in the water too. Alcatraz itself doesn't look so formidable in this photo, although I'm guessing it will look and feel much different if you get ashore.

Unfortunately in 1986 I made only a boat trip and was not on the island irself. Im sure, it would be very interesting.

A great capture, particularly with the yacht in the foreground. But what a sky!
