Chicago "down"-town - 1986

View from the skydeck of Sears Tower (since 2009 "Willis Tower"). It was the highest skyscraper on earth in 1986. 442.1 m is the architectural height, but the building is 527 m tall till the top of the antennas.

I made a little research about the buildings, which can be seen here (see notes). Some are really old.

Etwas, das mich schon oft beeindruckt hat: Wolkenkratzer überragen spielend die höchsten Kirchtürme aus früherer Zeit. Das fand ich hierzulande mal...in Frankfurt:

Das freut mich, dass jemand die Notizen bemerkt ;-)) Ist ja lustig zu recherchieren, mit Google Earth und skyscraperpage.com ist das ja kein Problem. Auch Dir+Familie schöne Feiertage und ein glückliches und gesundes 2021, es kann ja fast nur besser werden!
