Hornopieren

Hornopieren
In Hornopieren this part of the Carretera Austral ends, we have to take the ferry, which brings us in about 4 hours south to Leptepu. This one on the photo is called 'Comau', like the fjord with the same name. Then only 10 km dirt road leads to the next short ferry from Fjordo Largo to Caleta Gonzalo (45 min), where we enter the National Park Pumalin and the Carretera Austral continues.

Das ist ein wunderbares Stillleben.-) Diesen Teil der Carretera kenne ich leider nicht, erst ab Pumalin...

Kannte ich auch noch nicht, da wir das letzte Mal wegen des sehr lästigen Vulkans Chaiten nach Bariloche ausweichen mussten, war sehr schön, aber nicht der aufregendste Teil.....und ziemlich viel los zu dieser Zeit ;-)
