Naja, ich benutze die App auch nicht wirklich oft. Nur wenn ich unterwegs bin und gerade nichts besseres zu tun habe, surfe ich ein bisschen in den Bildern meiner Kontakte herum oder beantworte ein paar Kommentare.
Hochgeladen habe ich noch nie ein Bild via App, dafür ist mir der Smartphone-Bildschirm auch zu klein und das Handling zu mühsam.
Aber danke für die Antwort. Ich weiss jetzt Bescheid. :-)

I can download the file both in the Firefox browser and via Chrome. The downloaded file can be opened immediately with Photoshop or Paint.

The format of the file is jpg. I am surprised that the file extension is lost during the download. (Perhaps Kiezkicker or Rob can help?)

As a workaround, rename the downloaded file to: qr code.jpg (i.e. add .jpg to the file) Then you can open the file with other programs. I have tested it with Luminar and the Windows picture viewer.
