Sweet Dreams Folks ...

Sweet Dreams Folks ...
Kilmarnock supporters are "allowed to dream" after their side rose to the top of the Scottish Premiership, says manager Steve Clarke.

Oh, and before anyone says don't be so silly, I have one thing to say … Leicester!

Steve Bucknell, Erhard Bernstein, and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo

A club with great traditions. Football has eased the lockdown blues, for me, even just on the telly. I played it at school, in the local parks, anywhere we could. Watched Rotherham with my dad, watched Barnsley, loved Leicester winning the Premiership. However ugly ir petty it sometimes gets, there are always those moments of sheer skill and grace that make it all worthwhile.

As World in Motion says ( the only great football song):

Express yourself
It's one on one
Express yourself
It's one on one
Express yourself
You can't be wrong
When somethings good
It's never gone.

Yes, football has much to offer in these strange times in the way of entertainment. As for Killie, sadly that 'title charge' faded away in the second half of the season and this year the picture is very bleak ... sitting 8th in a league of 12 with only 25pts from 24 games, oh and only 6pts off bottom. As the great Fergie would say "squeaky bum time" approaches!
