LUNCH

(stay at home)
and I stay
I make my life a lot of piss and drowsiness
day or night
dreams are mere grotesque words
that are repeated in memory
the more I want to despise them
the more they settled in the insomnia
(stay at home)
and my upstairs neighbour
writes frantically
it's as if the lift on which she goes down and up
was the messenger between the unbearable life
and the liberating word, What for?
(stay at home)
and my next-door neighbour
an old lady-girl
every now and then get an appointment with her sister
they go to the street arm-in-arm
one with the mask under the chin
the other without a mask
to see if they keep life's oxygen
until the pandemic is under control, What for?
(stay at home)
and I stay
but now
if you don't mind
I'm going to buy a roasted chicken for lunch

ALMOÇO
(fique em casa)
e eu fico
faço da minha vida muita mijinha e sonolência
de dia e de noite
os sonhos são meras palavras grotescas
que se repetem na memória
quanto mais as quero desprezar
mais elas dominam a insónia
(fique em casa)
e a minha vizinha de cima
escreve freneticamente
é como se o elevador em que desce e sobe
fosse o mensageiro entre a vida insuportável
e a palavra libertadora, Para quê?
(fique em casa)
e a minha vizinha do lado
e eu fico
mas agora
se não se importam
vou comprarum frango assado para o almoço
