MY SHADOW

when my shadow
was lapidated
I don't ever know
if I was there
although it still resonates
in my ears
the old distant
song
and I might identify at the background
the possible chalk tracing
that would have scratched
my presumable silhouette.
aside from the sea
its intense and paced
noise.
///
MINHA SOMBRA
quando lapidaram
minha sombra
nem ao menos sei
se estava lá
embora ressoe ainda
em meus ouvidos
a cantiga longínqua
de então
e possa ao fundo identificar
o traçado talvez de giz
que teria riscado
minha provável silhueta.
de resto o mar
o seu ruído intenso
e compassado.
