Budlong Stable

I find this ruin - even if it was "only" a stable - inspires stories - mysterious and mystical, as only Edgar Allan Poe could have written. This is perhaps also due to the old trees that surround the ruin and whose branches are slowly making their way into the building.

Spontaneously, the scenery reminded me of "The Fall of the House of Usher".

Man becomes carcass
Home becomes catacomb
And the dead
Are but for a moment
Motionless
