oh yes !! it is wonderful

When we were children we went to the bakery to buy fresh bread, it was very often still warm. Since the way was a little further we got hungry in the meantime - so we drilled the bread and ate ... oh what a delicacy!

ich war auch noch nicht 100% zufrieden, vielleicht war meine Hefe zu alt ? ich werde es weiter versuchen. Aber geschmeckt hat es sehr gut :-))

Es geht nicht über ein frisch selbst gebackenes Brot. Ich backe seit ca. einem halben Jahr das Brot auch selber. Ab und zu gibt es mit selbst hergestellten Sauerteig.
Dazu braucht man etwas mehr Zeit und Geduld.
