Indiegogo has been asked to delay disbursement of the funds for a week. Delaying disbursement makes it easier to refund members if the deal does not go through. IMA will continue to look out for the best interests of the members.

Please don't worry if your Ipernity Club expires before IMA gets started! Do not renew the Club membership with Ipernity S.A.. Wait until IMA takes over the Ipernity web site. All your contents: older pictures, articles and files remains safe on the server. Your account only becomes so called "free account" with limited access and features. When comes time to pay membership to IMA, you will get the full Club features back again.
