50 Macal River

The sand and stone flat down the track from the farm was a great place to watch for river birds, and all forms of wildlife. This was one of my life's special experiences, as we went down one night when the sky was covered in stars and the river was a clear mirror reflecting this. The dark jungle sides was a hive of activity with all sorts of animals calling, buzzing, and trilling. Fabulous!!
