The signs in the background are difficult to read. Two of them are:

Chaps in chaps! Love these old souvenir photos. I'm reminded of a series of photos of guys brandishing pistols that Flickr inhabitant, Mr. Waterslide, posted years ago. He labeled them "hombres problematico."
