Phlaeothripidae (Tube Tailed Thrip)

I'm not sure what this is, first though was that it was a Rove Beetle but they were very slow moving, its got a body length of 3 mm and is very flat, found under loose bark. The out of focus orange coloured insects appear to be larvae of the same species, will post a pic of one of them too.
I'm now reasonably sure this is a Thysanoptera, a Thrip, probably one of the Phlaeothripidae, a Tube Tailed or Wingless Thrip. Taken at 5x magnification at Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
