Victim of a rare disease, he reached the end of the line at the age of 67. He enjoyed life and adventure. Motorbiking was one of his passions, having made a lot of trips in group. With his wife, already in their 60's, he travelled across Europe on motorbike during weeks, crossing many countries in two different years, from Monaco to Finland, Norway to Bosnia, Netherlands to Italy... His last adventure was crossing North America on motorbike with his wife, from New Hampshire to California and northwards, bearing the high temperatures of Arizona and the lows of Alaska.
He dreamed about riding his motorbike across Asia to the Pacific, but the pandemic became an obstacle.
On his funeral, one month ago, he was escorted by many of his motorbiker friends, as a last tribute.
