Control tower of runway.

At Santa Maria airport. A friend provided us a visit to this tower and to the room of air traffic control: in this one, supervision is carried out over flights across North Atlantic, both in the axis North-South and in the axis East-West. At the moment, as it wasn't rush hour, there were only 2 young men in charge of air traffic control, each of them supervising the routes of 89 aircrafts.
