La Comisión organizada por el Ayuntamiento estuvo formada por Eulalia Machado Montes de Oca, el doctor Armelio Villegas, el licenciado Francisco Ramón del Pueyo, el doctor Juan Fernández del Castillo, Francisco Moya del Castillo y Germán Moreira Portuondo.
