A steamboat seemingly picking up passengers on its northbound journey through the locks at St. Andrews on the Red River.

Name is difficult to decipher. Appears to be a two-word name. Last word is "WILLIAMS" the first word could be something ending in "...LLS". I've asked the Maritime museum in Selkirk for an opinion.
