Such a pretty town with cobbled streets and no traffic here. I love the way that folks have 'decorated' the street with plant pots and tables and chairs.

Thanks a lot, Amelia! The "Gänge" can only be reached through rather small portals from the main street. It's said they had to be just big enough to let a coffin and its bearers through;-)

Two well composed and beautiful images Gudrun. I really like the beautiful colours and style of the architecture. Both have lovely cobbled (and traffic free) streets and are amazingly clean and obviously well looked after. I especially like the each residents have taken the trouble to personalise the space in front of each house.

Thanks a lot, Keith! These streets cannot be reached by car because there is usually only a small doorway leading in from the main street. In former times the houses were workshops/housing for artisans, each trade had their own street!
