Salto Mbigua

Salto Mbigua
Salto Mbigua lies to the east of Salto San Martín- The panorama (stitch from 2 photos) was taken from the viewpoint on Isla San Martín. The Island can be reached via the lower circuit and by boat over Rio Iguazú. As there are quite a few (slippery) steps involved it is much quieter than the other viewpoints.

Salto Mbigua liegt östlich von Salto San Martín, das Pano (aus 2 Fotos) ist vom Aussichtspunkt auf der Isla San Martin aufgenommen. Die Insel kann über den unteren Rundweg und mit dem Boot über den Fluss erreicht werden. Da etliche teilweise rutschige Treppen zu gehen sind, ist der Aussichtspunkt wesentlich ruhiger als die anderen.

Thank you so much, Amelia! Iguazú was the start of my Antarctica trip and I wouldn't have wanted to miss it, it's fantastic! Even if the climate is much too hot and humid;-)

Thanks a lot, Christien! At Iguazú you can see rainbows everywhere when the sun is out, the air is full of water:-)

Deine Sicht auf die Fälle ist ausgezeichnet, Gudrun.

Von der argentinischen Seite bekommt man manchmal den Regenbogen geschenkt.

Herzlichen Dank, Erich! Mit den Regenbögen muss man Glück mit dem Sonnenstand haben, wir haben nachmittags auch von der brasilianischen Seite aus einen gesehen, der hier war am Vormittag in die entgegengesetzte Richtung.
