Triq Santa Sofija
One of the typical lanes in the medieval part of Mdina. The lanes are deliberately narrow to keep out the sun and have many turns to help to defending the town against enemies.
Mdina is called "the silent city", here it is true!

Besten Dank, Rainer! Bei diesen Gassen kann man endlos Fotos machen. Einzelpersonen sind immer gut, aber manchmal war leider auch eine geführte Gruppe im Weg;-)

Schönen Dank, Percy! Ich war zweimal, jeweils im Apil. Beim ersten Besuch angenehm warm und alles voller Blumen, beim 2. Besuch unangenehm schwülheiß und alles vertrocknet....
