It's John Soanes Museum in London, I believe that these stained glass artistic pieces were commonly sold in the 18th/19th century especially in Belgium and you could make up your own window design....

I only asked because a friend of mine who sadly died last year was a distinguished stained glass artist, as was her father before her and your image isn't a zillion miles away from some of her work.
