Photographed using a Nikkor 35-70mm f/2.8 AF-D lens. This lens has a macro mode as an extra feature. Macro is usable only at its 35mm setting and only with manual focus. It's not as good as a proper macro lens, but it's not bad either, and saves carrying a macro lens in addition.
