The Mona Lisa smile always looks a bit reluctant to me, this smile seems warmer. From a classic photographer? Reminds me of JM Cameron, but now I look, all her portraits seem sad or stern looking.

You are probably right about the smile. I don't know the provenance - it's probably a studio specialising in portraiture around the 1930s but I cannot be certain. I'm even guessing the identity of the subject, as no detail accompanied the photograph which came from a family house clearance in a collection of several others. The original was black and white and for effect I overlaid the computer screen with tinted plastic document wallets and photographed direct from there. The temptation to do a bit more adjustment in post processing was also irresistible.
Thanks, as ever, for your interest.

That's a great effect from the document wallets, must give it a try!
