Tina, 1961

‘Tina’ by Joseph Henry Lynch, a British artist who died in 1989 at the age of 78. At the end of his life he destroyed many of his paintings or gave them away to charity. The painting was selected for the cover of Edwyn Collin’s single ‘A Girl Like You’ and is in Stanley Kubrick’s film ‘A Clockwork Orange’. This is probably the best known and most widely distributed print of a J.H. Lynch picture.
