This is a former 27.6/13.8kV line. It's currently 13.8(*2)kV.

One of the new UGLY fiberglass-crossarm CL&P poles. Is this the death of CL&P becoming nothing more than a typical "modernizing" utility? Either way it pains me to see this happen, because I really thought they were different... :'(
