Cravens - LT 1960 Tube Stock /Schoma Diesels No.s 3 & 12 - 27.9.14.

The EOR - Epping Ongar Railway held an 'End of Tube' event, 26-28th September 2014 in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the closure by London Transport of the Epping to Ongar Railway. To recreate the atomsphere of the former Underground line, preservation group - Cravens Heritage Trains provided the 1960 Tube stock that was used on the last day of service 30.9.1994. As the line is no longer electrified, London Underground provided 4 Schoma diesels for propulsion.

The Cravens set propelled by LTE Schoma diesels No.s 3 'Claire & 12 'Melanie' pass through the Essex Countryside with the 1225 North Weald to Ongar service on the 27.9.2014.
