Adventures In Flavor
American cuisine did have seasoning at mid-century. We just weren't allowed to talk about it. :P
Adventures In Flavor (1), 1951
This booklet got a lot of love. Before I smoothed it out in Photoshop, there were folds, notes, food spills, the works. That's probably a sign that at least some of the recipes were worth it. Well done, Crown Colony. Well done.
Front and back covers, plus the first two pages of a booklet published by Charter Products Company, San Francisco, California.
This series of pages was originally posted to flickr on June 23rd, 2011.
