La Semaine A Geneve, 1956
Excerpts from a 48-page tourist guide. Enjoy!
La Semaine A Geneve, 1956
Oh, Baby! The power of your dancing waters! Let me set my watch by them-- forever!
Front and back of a travel booklet. The inside was packed with ads for tourist stuff: Mostly watches, of course. But also restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Originally posted to flickr on July 13th, 2011.

This guide opens like a normal booklet, but the right-side pages unfold vertically, and then flip up/down like a calendar. (The spine would be directly to the right of the Vulcan ad). And look at Mlle. Suter. She's one blink away from being anime.

I love these graphics so much. I'm sorry that I couldn't get better quality for you. That blue/cyan ink is kind of temperamental.

If somebody needs the correct international flight times from April 22nd, 1956 to properly complete their spy novel, my life will have all been worth it.

At the center of the booklet is a fold-out map in full color. These ads are on one-half of the page when the map is folded in half...

...and these ads are on the other half.
Damn, I can never get my car to smile like that. Probably because the most interesting place we ever go to is the mall. :/
