A Montgomery Ward catalog from 1943 provided both the humans and the leaf print. It was an incredible, but unwieldy, junk shop find several years ago.

Hee hee... It really has some winners in it, but it also weighs 300 lbs. and one day it's gonna' crush my poor scanner to bits because I failed to set it down gently. :D
