1. You mean Cameron, Osborne, Obama, Clinton et al's speeches, don't you? Those are best ignored. :-)
2. Nice to come across someone who actually knows about him. When I first read his short stories I was quite bowled over. The one I had at the bottom of what passes for my mind, is called Randy's Symdrome and it's about a bunch of babies, in telepathic connection with their mothers, who refuse to be born until the world mends its ways. I forget what happens in the end, what persuades them to come out. I'm off to dig out my paperback copy, I think.

I probably did read him in an anthology, but what sticks in my mind is his name, along with A.E.Van Vogt, E.E.Doc Smith and L.Sprague de Camp. They don't make authors names like that any more!
