Elmenhorst
The early Gothic brick church on a cruciform ground plan was first mentioned in 1230. The square tower today has a flat ceiling and is covered with an octagonal wooden shingle helmet twisted in on itself. In 1901 some 13th century frescoes were rediscovered here, but - the church was locked.
