Hospital

Hospital
In 2018 I spent some time in hospital, where I had the impression, that the food, that was served, was not really healthy wholefood. The taste sometimes was a bit strange. To be polite. Here is lunch.

Ohh - kein wirklich gutes Essen für Grünkohl !!!
Da mußt du mal zu mir kommen es wird besser sein :-)))
Leider gibt es hier in Bayern allerdings nicht die guten 'Mettenden' und Grützwurst. Und das Kassler ist auch immer schaon angekocht und geräuchert.
Also so wie in meiner norddeutschen Heimat schmeckt es dann auch nicht!

P.S. zum Foto dieser Matsche Grünkohl ist auch nicht gut - es muß frischer sein, angefroren muß er sein, und dann wird er vom Strunk getrennt und sehr grob zerkleiner, immer muß man die Strukturen der Blätter erkennen :-))))
