Obasan; A Japanese word meaning; Honorable elder woman, beloved grandmother or crazy little old lady, take your pick.

Obasans are pretty much a law unto themselves in Japan, they've paid their dues, hence do about whatever they want and pity the poor guy that gets in their way.

OK why Hell's Obasan? Some years back I met this Obasan (Translate as nice little old lady.) on her Suzuki bike, the image immediately came to mind of an Obasan Biker gang, wearing colors and all. I did a quick sketch back then but have been wanting to do a painting depicting same ever since.
