set trigger

I've got the set trigger adjusted on the .50 caliber black powder percussion Hawken rifle I built this winter.
The set trigger lets you to adjust the amount of pressure you need to apply to the front trigger to fire the rifle, -make it a hair trigger.
The locking mechanism allows you to fire with or without setting the set trigger.
The set trigger's now adjusted, because it's there, but I'll never use it. With over 66 years of shooting behind me, my habit of taking up the slack in a standard trigger before firing is too strong and when I shoot using a set trigger the round's fired a fraction of a second before I'm ready.
