OK, I admit I staged this brush frozen standing tall on the paper.

I was plein air painting at -24° F (-31° C.) with watercolors mixed with vodka (to keep them thawed a bit) instead of water & decided to prop the brush up until if froze for this picture. Hey I thought it was fun! -grin-
