May showers bring June flowers

The old weather saws work for Alaska, if you move them up a month. Instead of 'March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb', her it's April that comes in like a lion. Instead of 'April showers' here it's May showers, etc.

None the less here, when all is said and done, this morning around six thirty, with the sun risen high in the northeastern sky, the wild roses are all in bloom!
