Egyptian Geese

Egyptian Geese
They were introduced into the UK as an ornamental bird but some escaped and now live and breed in the wild

Vicente López García, Anton Cruz Carro, Paolo Tanino, aNNa schramm and 11 other people have particularly liked this photo

I have seen these in Shropshire and Norfolk. Don't you just love their pink feet and legs, and also the fact that they usually stand quite still while one is taking a photo. ;-))

They were at Wollaton Park it was the first time I had seen them they certainly weren't bothered about me being near them but only being about 3 miles from the centre of Nottingham there are always plenty of people around
