The photo isn't mine it was taken by a neighbour it's about a 25 minute walk from where I live this is what England is like, of course indirectly I will be helping to pay for that to be removed through local taxes

And sadly not only in England, Peter. It's true, this is really a huge amount of rubbish, but even here, in our countryside you can find all kind of stuff in the ditches by the roads. I regularly take a bag, collect it and then take it to the dumpster.

A detestable practice. Even in my island there are unconscious people who practice it. They get caught because on the boxes there are their names. Fortunately, there are associations that fight against illegal dumping with founding members of elected municipal officials and sworn police officers who can draw up a report.
