Yes it's in my garden a few days and it will and be on the garden !!!! it's a crab tree actually it's a problem it's got scab and I have an apple tree in the back garden !! every thing from the front garden goes into the council bin to try and stop it spreading, I would be very reluctant to cut it down

It's an ornamental crab the fruit is very small you couldn't use it, the birds like them. With our climate you would only get an occasional crop from a peach tree they flower when there are frosts, I have an apricot I have only ever had 2 apricots the frost got the blossom this year.
Years ago the wealthy landowners would have had a walled kitchen garden often the South facing wall had flues running through it things like peaches were planted against it so that the earth from the bricks would hopefully keep the frost of the blossom, which of course meant the fires would have to be tended all night
