whn - eye-catching
When I first saw this, I thought she was probably a range safety boat [I knew she wasn't a member of the RNLI fleet. although she bares a passing resemblance to a Dutch lifeboat design ... see the Poole festival of lifeboats ... www.ipernity.com/doc/312383/album/1363464 ]. She is, I think, something to do with the various windfarms in the Solway.
