shw[24] - cooler than overage

The temperatures in the UK and Europe, relative to the seasonal average. Currently, the UK is cooler than normal for early July [especially when compared to the heatwave at the end of June] due to a change in the jet stream pulling cooler, damper air form the north over the country.
