HWH - black bales
This made me smile.
We have a collie, that likes to keep the family together when we are out and about.
And I know just how much most collies like to keep practising ... so I thought that the black hay bales had been subjected to a bored collie !

Summer of 2024 has been so wet that hay-making has been very difficult.
A number of local farmers use black baling to protect their harvest.
