CoLC - privatised water


The amount of debt around the neck of some water companies is staggering.
To who or what those debts are owed might be illuminating, at least some of them will be fines for things like not fixing enough leaks and sewerage discharges ...
Most of which will be paid for by customer charges, as raising capital with such millstones can't be easy. Still think privatising the water supply was a stupid move, driven by political dogma !
